Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with EcoE. Given the global scope of our operations, international shipping might experience delays due to COVID-19. To track your order, please contact support@ecoe.store, and we will provide you with the order’s tracking number.

Order Processing Time

The time between when the customer places the order and when we hand the order over to the delivery service is generally within 2-3 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience delays, but we make every effort to minimize these.

Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours. If there are any issues with tracking your package, please contact us at support@ecoe.store, and we will address this within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If international shipping is delayed due to COVID-19 or other reasons, please contact us via email: support@ecoe.store. We will check the status with the transportation company and keep you informed. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if you contact us shortly after your purchase and before your order has been shipped. If the payment is processed but the parcel has not been shipped, we will refund you in full. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

About Tax

In some cases, orders may be subject to customs fees imposed by your government, not by EcoE. We apologize for any inconvenience but we have no control over the customs authorities. Please check with your local customs office for more details on customs fees, duties, and taxes.
